HLP and Access to Justice

Housing, land, and property rights support with legal awareness, mediation, referrals, and community dialogue for peaceful resolution.

Program overview

What we deliver

Our Housing, Land, and Property (HLP) and Access to Justice program supports vulnerable populations in addressing land disputes, property rights issues, and legal challenges. We provide legal awareness, mediation support, legal referrals, and community dialogue initiatives to promote peaceful conflict resolution and justice.

The program works closely with traditional leaders, legal actors, and local authorities to strengthen fair and inclusive justice systems. Through advocacy and legal empowerment, we help individuals and communities secure their rights and improve access to justice services.

Key activities

  • Community sensitization on HLP and wider human rights frameworks
  • ADR, documentation support, and return-area factor documentation
