Board of Directors
MHA is over sighted by the Board of Directors with the Executive Director who is the member of the board and has been entrusted to run the day-today organization activities and supervises the numbers of line managers and supervisors. The board consists of five members who visit the organization on quarterly basis to assess its progress and address key challenges.
MHA has five members of Board of Directors and a Project Management Team, with 82 fulltime staff lead by Executive Director.
Board of Directors crucial role is to formulate and development of policies, rules, regulations and guidelines, monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the organization. The implementation of Projects is led by Program Managers and staffs with technical support from the Project Technical Managers.
